Special Events & Facility Rental

Facility Rental

The city rents shelters in Nisbet Park for small events or family gatherings. The cost is $75 per shelter. 

  • Small Picnic Shelter (Near Bike Trail and restrooms)
  • Large Picnic Shelter (Near playground)
  • Amphitheater 
  • Gazebo

Applications are submitted to the City Manager for approval. The city does not rent other parks or portions thereof. Please call (513) 707-1447 for reservation questions.

Special Events

Special events are considered any festival, run/walk, concert, parade, public performance, or announced public gathering held on a public street, right-of-way, or public property. Events in which the public is invited on private property, which may affect public safety, health, or welfare by their impact on surrounding roads or public or private property, may be deemed a special event.

Event organizers need to apply for a Special Event permit. Please call (513) 707-1447 for questions.
