Officer Griffith joined LPD in 2024. He began his law enforcement career in 2011. He has served as a patrol officer, detective, SWAT member, and as a member of the Brown County Drug and Major Crime Task Force. Additionally, Griffith has served the Georgetown Fire Department since 2003. He has worked his way through the ranks as a firefighter cadet, firefighter, and now lieutenant firefighter.
