This spring, several businesses have opened their doors or have announced plans to open in the City of Loveland.
“We appreciate these businesses choosing Loveland. Local businesses are the backbone of our economy and help make Loveland the special place we work and play,” said Eva Wisby, Zoning and Economic Development Specialist.
Open for Business
- Body Alive Lagree, 10565 Loveland-Madeira Road, is a new group fitness studio.
- DVD Brew, 1555 Loveland-Madeira Road, opened at the site of the former Johnny’s Carwash. The building that housed an automated carwash was converted into a brewhouse, and the former carwash’s self-service facility was remodeled as a taproom.
- Bond Furniture has rebranded as Curated Fine Furnishings & Design, 113 Karl Brown Way. Its new focus is on custom furniture, unique pieces, and expert design services.
- Habitat for Humanity ReStore, 10681 Loveland-Madeira Road, opened at the former site of Receptions. This marks Habitat for Humanity Greater Cincinnati’s sixth retail location.
- Playa Bowls moved into 124 W Loveland Ave., the former home of Loveland Sweet Shoppe. Playa Bowls serves fruit bowls, smoothies, and more. The franchise is owned by a local Loveland family.
- Rosé Boutique & Wine Bar took over the space at 110 S Second St., the former site of FLEURISH. Sip your favorite beverage while browsing Loveland’s only bar boutique!
- If you’re looking for package-free, sustainable, or eco-friendly products, visit Simply Zero at 207 West Loveland Ave., the former site of Haven Grey. This is the lifestyle shop’s second location, expanding from Over-The-Rhine.
- Ulmer’s Auto Care Center opened at 301 Loveland-Madeira Road, the former site of Ken Marcotte’s Auto Service and Sales.
Coming Soon
- Bike Trail Books, currently located above Hometown Café at 111 Railroad Avenue, has announced plans to expand to a larger space on South Karl Brown Way. The shop will be partnering with Morrow-based The Split Leaf Co to offer houseplants. Construction is underway with anticipated opening in Summer 2024.
- A new spin, HITT, and yoga studio is coming to 10649 Loveland-Madeira Road. SPENGA Loveland will offer instruction-led classes by appointment.
- Sucré Patisserie is taking over 305 West Loveland Ave., the former home of Cocoa Bites. Sucré is an upscale bakery specializing in cupcakes, pies, and unique French-inspired desserts. The grand opening is planned for May 25.
- A comic book shop is coming to 403 Loveland-Madeira Road.
