The Little Miami Scenic Trail has reopened in the northbound direction from Historic Downtown Loveland.
Since October 2023, the trail was closed in this direction to replace the O’Bannon Creek pedestrian bridge, located just past Nisbet Park. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) completed the bridge replacement May 2.
The O’Bannon Creek Bridge was one of the original bridges that remained from when the trail was a railroad. Its replacement is made of steel with a concrete deck.
The public is invited to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at the bridge on Wednesday, May 22 at 11:30 a.m. The ceremony will be hosted by ODNR.
