The City of Loveland partnered with the Loveland Stage Company to host the first Hearts Afire Valentine Pageant on Saturday, Feb. 11 during Hearts Afire Weekend. Twenty children participated in the event.
The baby/toddler fundraiser pageant benefitted the Loveland Stage Company, a not-for-profit, award-winning theater located in the heart of Historic Downtown Loveland. Theater volunteers are raising funds to replace the HVAC system — an estimated $100k repair.
A check will be presented to the Loveland Stage Company at the Feb. 28 City Council meeting.
The city would like to thank the event volunteers, Loveland Valentine Ladies who served as judges, emcee Julie O’Neill, and special guest Miss Ohio Elementary-Kindergarten Camila Medina for their assistance with the pageant.
