The City of Loveland is currently reviewing the Certified Local Government (CLG) Program through the Ohio Historic Preservation Office and wants your input along with volunteers willing to serve on the Historic Preservation Design Review Committee. The CLG program includes the review of new construction within a designated area to assure that the design meets a certain criteria. The CLG program also includes eligibility for Historic Preservation grant funding, designation of local buildings and sites as landmarks and the availability of historic tax credits.
