During the recent supplier switch, some residents have contacted the city stating that Energy Harbor is not listed on their bill from Duke Energy.
The city identified a problem where some active members of the aggregation program were improperly coded. The local utility had inadvertently listed some accounts as “shopping outside of the aggregation” and, therefore, coded them as not eligible to be included in the new program. The city and the suppliers worked with Duke to point out and correct the problem, but there have been cases where the necessary updates were not made in time, causing the rejection of several enrollments.
If you believe you should be in Loveland’s electric program, please call Energy Harbor at 866-636-3749 and ask them to re-submit your enrollment.
