The condition of the bike trail bridge over O’Bannon Creek, just north of Loveland’s Nisbet Park, was downgraded during the Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) last inspection and is need of repairs. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has hired a consultant to conduct a feasibility and design study. Part of this study will require borings and geotechnical work, which will take about three days to complete. ODNR announced that the closure will begin Monday, July 27, at dusk with work beginning on the morning of Tuesday, July 28. Detour signs will be posted.
