Due to the fact that March 17 coincides with the Primary Election, coupled with other concerns, the City of Loveland has decided to cancel the March 17 Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) event. This does not cancel activities or promotions being offered by local businesses at their establishments. Canceling the DORA means that patrons will not be able to take a beverage from an establishment and walk around downtown.
City Hall will remain open as a polling location for the Primary Election on March 17.
