At the January 9th Council Meeting, Mr. Kent Blair was sworn in by City Solicitor Joe Braun to fill an unexpired term on City Council. The action results in all City Council seats being filled. Kent grew up in Torrance California and has been a resident of the City of Loveland for 12 years.
