Pending successful funding from the Ohio Public Works Commission, the city will continue its commitment to the 2022 Downtown Loveland Streetscape Plan by advancing the West Loveland Avenue improvements from Second Street/State Route 48 to Karl Brown Way. The improvements would consist of storm sewer upgrades, demolition of existing sidewalks, installation of new concrete walkways with brick paver accents, installation of tree wells, water main improvements, and sanitary sewer improvements in conjunction with Cincinnati Metropolitan Sewer District.
