Two new employees were sworn in at the April 23 City Council meeting.
Trevor Sora joins the Loveland Public Works Department as the Downtown Groundskeeper. He will be responsible for caring for Nisbet Park, City Hall, and the surrounding area. He is a lifelong Loveland resident, and previously worked as an assistant superintendent at a local golf course.
Kelsey Richards, the city’s new engineer, also took her oath of office. Richards is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, a Certified Floodplain Manager, and a Qualified Data Collector through the Ohio EPA. She has 10 years of experience in local government, working most recently as the Plat and Drainage Engineer for Montgomery County (Ohio). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.
