Loveland City Council is holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed property purchase and development of a parking facility in the downtown business district. The public hearing is scheduled for 7:00 pm on August 13, 2019, at Loveland City Hall. The hearing will include a presentation and an opportunity for public input and comments.
Since the City's execution of a purchase agreement on May 29, 2019, staff has worked to complete a due-diligence process to determine the feasibility of the property for the development of parking facility and added access into the downtown business district.
