Lieutenant Michael Szpak came to Loveland in 1996. He is certified in bike patrol, field training, instructor, and firearms armorer. Mike is currently assigned as the Administrative and Professional Standards Lieutenant, School Resource Officer Supervisor, Fleet Manager, and Property and Evidence Manager.
