City of Loveland, Ohio – Coronavirus Update
City Officials are monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic with federal, state and local partners to make any adjustments necessary to our emergency operations plan as needed. As the City receives relevant updates from federal, state and county sources, these communications are posted on the City’s website within a dedicated area on the City’s home page. We urge all residents and local businesses to utilize our website to stay informed on current information.
As part of our existing Emergency Operations Plan, the City has in place a Pandemic Special Order. The special order is being reviewed by all City Department Heads and can be reviewed by the public by Clicking Here
The City is also addressing our public places and assuring that all spaces are properly sanitized. To decrease traffic into City Hall, we also encourage our residents to utilize other payment options for their monthly utility bills. Utility payments can be made on-line, or at City Hall through the drop box or drive-up windows. Feel free to call our Customer Service Representative at 513-707-1442 with any questions.
The City’s water system remains secured with water tests being taken daily, weekly and in compliance with all EPA standards. Personnel involved with the treatment and distribution of our water systems are taking additional precautions to assure all facilities are secured and a sanitary environment is maintained. The City remains in communication with the Ohio EPA for any advisories. The residents of the City of Loveland should be assured that our water supply and quality remain unaffected by the recent outbreak.
