Mayor Kathy Bailey performs civil marriages ceremonies by appointment only. The happy couple must have a valid marriage license and each person must have a government issued photo ID (i.e., Driver's License, State ID, passport, VISA, etc.). Marriage Licenses can be obtained in the county where you or your fiancée reside. To apply for a marriage license or to get answers to marriage license questions, visit the appropriate link below.
