The Historic Preservation & Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing on Feb 17 at 7 PM in City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to garner input on proposed Historic Preservation Design Guidelines and District Boundaries. Due to restrictions of public gatherings during the pandemic and a maximum occupancy of 18 for Council Chambers, the hearing will also be streamed live on the following 3 media platforms: 1) City of Loveland website 2) City of Loveland Facebook Live 3) City of Loveland YouTube Channel To access these viewing options & review the proposed guidelines, go to: https://www.lovelandoh.gov/historic As the guidelines for residential and commercial structures vary significantly, the hearing will be divided into 2, 1-hour sessions. The commission will address residential component from 7 PM to 8 PM and commercial from 8 PM to 9 PM. In advance of the hearing, comments can be emailed no later than 4:30 PM on the date of the hearing to mbrents@lovelandoh.gov
